Re: Bullwagga bait
Awesome Salmon FinAffliction! I was in Bulwagga today also, but only managed to go 0 for 1. Beautiful day out there though. We went 2 for 3 with salmon. Lost one half way in. Didn't get a look at it but guessing it was a salmon from the ballistic thrashing of the rod tip while it was hooked up. Lol...

I am a very avid angler and I'm trying to find any info I can about lake whitefish in Lake Champlain. I'm not looking for any secret spots (though very secretive if given any info :D ) but an...

Re: Mixed up water
Thanks for the info. We did hammer the lakers early season. March and april while trying for browns in skinny water similar to lake ontario style. Multiple 10-15 pounders a day some days closing in on 30 40 fish. Never really got any browns to speak of tho only had one on and lost it right before th...

Re: Mixed up water
Welcome to the forum. Nice colors on spoons. Thanks for sharing. Try replacing trebles with single hooks so you're not hurting the fish as much when unhooking and releasing. Thanks for the idea. We do use siwash hooks often just didnt have them on those particularly spoons. Speaking of spoonswhats ...

Mixed up water
Launched out of converse and got to our spot by bouquet river and lines set by 430. We ran downriggers, slide divers, and lead core off boards with a mix of spoons and flasher flies. Right off the bat we noticed a strong south current where we were doing 3mph on a south troll and .9mph on a north tr...
