Normally we run 2 riggers ,always with cheaters ,one lite bite and one mini dipsey lead lenght varies but we stagger the rigger cheater combos to cover the water column as much as possible and dial in from there. Dispatched 3 so far this season and lost one salmon with one attached all about 6/7 inches. Treatment needs to be done on a regular basis on both sides of the lake

I also stopped and checked out the fifth floating, before reading this I thought they were huge alewives but now I agree they probably are the gizzard shad. There are a lot of them but nothing in comparison to some of the alewife die offs I’ve seen. Alarming either way when you see this.
