With more fish surviving to larger sizes due to lamprey control they may be cutting back on stocking levels to keep the bait fish to predator fish in balance. They did this back when they did lamprey control years ago. there are other fish in the lake besides salmonoids that are eating the baitfish.

Enjoyed many of the workshops and am very thankful to Ron for having put them together. It was nice meeting so many of you fish heads!!

See a lot of your updates on FB, congrats on a good season. Didn't get out on Lady O at all this year - first time in about 10 years for that.

Lost a real nice steelie a couple weeks ago in Willsboro, jumed and give the tail so to speak. My spoon went flying one way and the fish went the other way.

I know of a trib that got a push of fish, was there yesterday and couldn't get a fish on. See 20 plus fish jump, they were in there pretty good and several looked to be 7 to 9 lb size fish.
