I never said I released it. I actually kept this one. I want to put it up on the wall for future enjoyment Id rather see it on my wall then see its carcass carved out left on the ice by someone else. Released or not still great catches IMO.

I agree, nothing worse then seeing a carcass on the ice of a trophy fish.

You should mount this one, eating the 12lber that you had mounted from before.
