White perch fish cakes

2+ Lbs cleaned boneless fillets
1Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup mayo
1 egg beaten well
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1Tsp Old Bay seasoning
frying pan & enough oil about 1/2" deep in pan

Bake fish until done, remove from oven and cool, then flake with a fork
in a large bowl mix all ingred. and take a handful at a time and form into a patties.
Place patties into hot oil and cook until dark golden brown, flip and do other side.
Pull patties from oil, drain on paper towels, serve with lemon, tartar or whatever works for you.
