Ya, we need to be careful about what we report on the forum. Sometimes our wives read the posts and we wouldnt want anyone to be in trouble with Momma.

it was definetly to thick to get out, we were able to chip and push it away enough to get a boat in, thanks to ken an his hip boots, but the big motor on reggies boat couldnt budge what was past the ramp, so close but so far. hopefully the warm day tomoro and the wind will push it outta there but if not oh well, we sanded and salted the secret ramp that never freezes today so the next nice day we'll be after em!!!!! probly not for this year but mabey for next year we can ask about getting that dock taken out for the winter, i think it would stay open a little longer and make it easyer for the ice to be pushed out by us or the wind.

To bad it was iced in that much, but that was some real cold too. We'll be in for a warm up and a south breeze should help.

A trip to the Harbor yesterday, there was less ice but thick blocks. The lake was open as far south as I could see.

here is a live cam at Westport marina..

Maybe a web cam for Converse that is remote controlled from the Admirals house?

Thanks for the look.
