yea its only a fine if its under 28g, 1oz, and you have to have a permit or whatever you want to call it to legally posses it and you have to be able to prove which dispensery you purchased it from. its decriminalized but its hardly legalized. but hopefully it will be totally legal very soon once the government realizes how much money they can make on it!!!!!!!!

it may be decriminalized but, you pretty much have to devote your day to doin nothing because it is illegal to drive high or go out in public high unless on a card.. and if you have card you still goto jail if caught driving and using. even tho pot was proving to not mess with motor skills and does not effect the ability to drive like other drugs.. when it is legal i assume it will be just like beer cant smoke and drive or smoke in public... I think alcohol is worse then weed and most drugs, and never could understand how alcohol is legal and weed is not, (its because we can grow i assume) cant tax it if we grow it ourselves! I not a drinker and am kind of against it, think alcohol is one of our worst drugs in the US i have watched alcohol mess up more peoples lives then any other drug, I am sure everyone on this forum disagrees but if you sit back and dont drink and watch the people around that are drinking it is kinda lame.. would much rather be around a bunch of potheads!
