Summer Boat Storage
Summer Boat Storage
Hi,
I am looking for safe place to store my fishing boat in June/July with easy in and out access. Am hoping to be close to Converse as I live near Saratoga. I don't want to store on the NY side since my son will be at UVM over the summer and want to be able to meet him to fish.

I know of a guy that keeps his at Vermont Home and Marine...but then again, he bought his boat there and is in good with the folks over there. I guess it wouldn't hurt to ask??? Their email is vthomesales@comcast.net

Point Bay marina might be an option
Re: Summer Boat Storage
Look under rates on point bays web site. I think you can store a boat on a trailer for $6.00 a ft per month.

This is a good spot right on Ferry Rd. The land owner is a bit of a, um, "character." I don't think he has power out there if you have a charger or anything.keithm87 wrote:https://vermont.craigslist.org/prk/d/pr ... 67826.html

Re: Summer Boat Storage
It is behind a stockade fence but I'd still bring anything valuable home with me if I kept my boat there. But, yeah, it's a good deal if you want to access Converse a lot...it's pretty much right there, just past the Lake Rd intersection.Reelax wrote: Seems to be a good deal..... Wow that is a really good deal, thanks. My boat is a really ugly old duranautic but I do have the full array of riggers, lowrance, and iPilot. Will be a pain to de-rig every time but it's better than making the drive every weekend....

I use a place in the islands with cameras, a gate, never had a problem, 30 a month
