Word on the street is YES, Instead of rushing there I am going to be like the old bull and saunter down there at leisure and catch em all....lol I think they will be so dang shallow you wont be able to troll em.

I was told that there was still some ice in the bay. Not alot but enough to be a problem

no ice in the bay some slush down near deep bay.

Ice cover in bottom 1/4 of bay floating from brook down , as long as wind stays north it should be ok most of the icebergs have dispersed. Water a bit stained but finally fishable

I talked to some friends that fished Saturday and they said that fishing the was bad. nothing all day

I second that , it's been very off this year, the fish are not here in amounts like past years, save yourself the effort until something changes.
