GREAT TWO DAY DERBY
Fished the derby this weekend with my sons and had a lot of fun.Landed my biggest brown that placed on the board.Caught a lot of fish and learn a little bit more about this lake.Had to be the gentleman at the access last week who told me when I asked him what he's catching then on, he said lures. I figured I try that.HA HA Thanks to JIM,honeybee placed another fish.Thanks to Jim Dattilio for a great derby and thanks to Jimmy's helpers too. Don't forget to support your local sponsors. It was 27" long we also landed an acrobatic 25 " salmon looked real promising but only weighed 4.8 by the end of the day weigh in

Browns usually top out around 24" That is the longest brown I ever seen come out of Lake Champlain.
