Post by Phantom (griz) »

Hey guys I'm heading over August 18th for a week in the Mexico Bay area and have never fished for Kings and would take any suggestions on what, where and how to catch them. Thanks Griz

We'll have just finished our trip, I'll let you know how we do. I heard the fleas are bad right now, we have flea flicker line, not too sure how well it works, but it does twist your line pretty good. Good luck.

A couple years ago I posted about what worked for us and shared it in a lengthy post at the end of the thread. I will try to attach the link. Remember water depth and depth of fish change constantly. Local reports or the LOC site will have up to date information. Try to get to this link or scroll back in the Lake Ontario post to find it. If you can not find the set up pictures let me know and I can repost them. I generally start with this set up at the beginning of each season.
