Northern Adirondacks hard water report

Went to one of the few lakes which allow ice fishing in the Northern Adirondacks today. Spent about 5 hours on the ice and man was I happy to have brought a thermos of hot soup with me! Temps varied from single digits below 0 to singles above by mid-afternoon. Saw lots of movement on the flasher on bottom in 30-35 fow but no bites. My guess was they were sunfish, I was hoping for salmon, trout or at least some perch! Felt a few taps on my lures but no real bites. Still felt good to have a lake all to myself!
