Broad Lake 8/2

I had a short window of time in the middle of the day. Trolled around Stave and Providence.
4 big Lakers was all I could find. 75 ft. down in deep water anywhere from 150 to 200ft.
temps hovered right around 50 -52 degrees. Blue and silver was the hot color combo.

Fisher there 8/2 3 lakers fished there 8/3 started at the ferry and real bumpy.after an hour it calmed down a bit and ran to sunset island and trolled past providence nada.last week was hot and this week not. Leaving for Long Island 8/5 for a week of surf fishing . Time to get out of Dodge for a while.later. Temp seem to be down 70 feet

I was out there Tuesday and Thursday same area on different boats as a guest. A few Lakers and a 6 rod skunk yesterday in 2-3 footers for 2.5 hours before thunder chased us off. A friend of mine was by the Ferry yesterday and landed a few lakers and that was it.
