Nice lakers, great fishing partners and an awesome boat! Checked out the Starwelds at the boat show and really liked them. Where do you usually fish?

I hit Shelburne bay on Sunday with my friend Aaron. We had moderate success going 5 for 7. Of the 5 lakers we got to the boat, the largest one weighted in at 9.5 lbs. The lakers we caught were pretty spread out with one coming at 45 feet deep and the largest laker from 100 feet deep. We marked the most fish down 90-140 feet in 150 feet of water. Two lakers came on a hammered blue and silver mooselook spoon and the bigger laker on a silver and blue warrior spoon. If the salmon won't play, usually the lakers will! It is hard to beat a day of fishing on Champlain with a good fishing buddy!!
