I noticed the rules state the "confines of lake champlain". I was wondering does this include the tribs to the first impassable barrier?

.....although a True Frostbiter as we know it plows and shovels snow sands the ramp, busts, cuts and breaks through ice to get the boat in and motor started to catch those BIG salmon that quite frankly have not or will not come out of the river for another month from now, that's why the 20 inch size. It's a CELEBRATION of Sport and Barbecue with a Trophy thrown in See you there!

One Landlocked Salmon 20 Inch minimum per angler.
1:00 PM weigh in at the Docks of Point Bay Marina (http://pointbaymarina.com), heaviest fish wins.
Barbecue!!! Bring something to grill/share!
