Wow great pictures Gerry. Nice turnout and lots of new faces. My favorite part of these is meeting new forum
Members and that definitely happened last night. What a great group of fisherman to spend an evening with...
Nice work Dean, Rob, Bill, and Ron on the setup and getting the prizes together. It is well worth the trip every year. Now it’s on to real business... where are the open launches?!!? After this week we should be back trollin...

Thanks Dean, Ron, Bill, Rob, Gerry & David.
Lots of hard work and organization went into this Workshop to break up the Winter Time Blues.

The speakers were topnotch presenting what has been their Life work and showed us how committed they and their Teams are to what they do. To you guys THANK YOU.

The creation of and addition to "Ron's Wall Of Wonder" is a sight to behold and packed full of memories shared.

The prizes handed out were like Christmas all over again. Lots of good Boys & Girls

It was Great to see old faces and new and share some laughs too!

Good Luck to the Spring-Summer season and we will look forward to seeing you all again at the Shootout
our 10th Name to be added to the Trophy this year.

Thanks for all the nice comments and supporting our workshop! Great job Gerry!

Stats: 84 people in attendance. Raised $1,015 after expenses from our raffle to help send kids to Conservation camp on Lake Bomoseen run by the Vermont Fish and Wildlife.

Lot of work behind the scenes in 10 years of these events! I realized 5 years ago the last year at Vt Home how much of a task this was for myself putting on these events. When Dean took over and moved it to the Miller Center where there was adequate room to hold the crowds that VT Home wasn't large enough to accommodate people / chairs / tables and the infrastructure for speakers .

Bill has done a fabulous job lining up the speaking segment since it began 7 years ago. Dean has done an incredible job with the master of ceremony duties and getting the pizza and water plus prizes + working with the Dept. of Recreation to reserve our space at the Miller Center. Rob has helped with with the raffle and getting the prizes out in an orderly fashion when the tickets are called out. Gerry and David have been the first ones at the event and the last to leave to help out and they video the speaking events for us 4-5 years now. Mike helps behind the scenes with our meetings with anyway he can at these events.

It takes a well oiled machine and these guys have done a great job with their roles to make this happen every year. It takes a village to pull this off for 75-100 people!

10 years and 19 events to look back on now! The future looks bright with one event per year!

Nice job on the pics, Gerry! Thanks again to everyone that helps put these shows on.

BTW ... there are Conservation Camps on Buck Lake in Woodbury and on Lake Bomoseen in Castleton. They are a great experience for newcomers to the outdoors, and for those youths that are lucky enough to be brought up in it (which unfortunately is the minority these days). I'm very happy to be able to contribute to this cause and help more kids get exposed to the outdoor lifestyle.
