There is something that I raise to Lowrance on the commissionning and maybe it was part of you're problem; when you do the commissionning the default for the rudder is on the mechanical rudder and it's not easy to see and change it for virtual rudder. I can't post any screenshots at this moment and I'm not sure that I can once my set-up is over and it works so good that I don't want want to touch anything.
