I've just finished to migrate LCU to a new server.

Funio service is crap, the service is only for website with not more than 100-200 visitors per day.

Now enjoy the speed of the new server, no more error like

"Service Temporarily Unavailable"

or

"Resource Limit Is Reached

The website is temporarily unable to service your request as it exceeded resource limit. Please try again later."
