Umpqua River Kings

Post by Sleepswithdafishes »

Just got back from Oregon visiting family with our middle son Michael. We took one day and along with my younger brother and family friend were guided down the Umpqua River in drift boats. The Kings where running and we were able to land four. The biggest was 38 lb and the other three averaged about 25lb!!Talk about feeling the pull!! We had a blast and the scenery was fantastic!!! You could get spoiled real fast !!! Check out the pics!! Sleeps

Great trip to Oregon Vince! Nice to hear about other places to catch big Kings! Some outstanding photos too! My only west coast visit was British Columbia for our honeymoon in 2002 and hope to return again some day after the kids are grown. Incredible scenery.
