Singing cedar, Orwell?

Any idea how the ice is down in the Orwell area? Anyone? Recent reports?

tournament at benson sat (yesterday ) there was 8 in of ice good luck GIL

Thanks. I made a quick trip traveling light without the shanty, but the weather Sunday was good with little wind. As noted, plenty of safe ice. I didn't take live bait, but caught plenty of perch and some beautiful big crappie on jigs. I'll be back with bait and the shanty, as I'm still after that big walleye.
