“Registration forms and informational brochures will be distributed to local bait and tackle shops in upstate New York and Vermont on both sides of Lake Champlain in late April (Some bait and tackle shops do not open for the summer until May 1 or later). Pick up for registration form at your bait and tackle shop and then mail it in -- outlets will not be collecting the fee this year. Individual and Team registrations paid by money order or check must be postmarked no later than Wednesday, May 30, 2018, to be accepted.”
