You are allowed no more than 2 separate hooks or lures (with trebles or single hooks) on 2 SEPARATE arms on that device, as long as you have no other hooks or devices on the line above that, you can have blades or other attractors such as flies, plastic grubs etc.(as long as they have NO hooks on them) on the other arms of that attractor. The only exception to the rule is a sabiki rigs in maritime waters, they can have up to five attactors with hooks, sabiki rigs with more than 5 hooks must be modified to meet the 5 hook rule.

One thing they did forget to put in the LC fish list on page 29 is MUSKELLUNGE. The way I read that list, if it's not listed I can keep any at any size?
