brand new casting honey bees at fmb tackle in port henry

Post by fishy1 »

today i received a shipment of 10 different honey bee casting lures 1 of each color. i have been waiting patiently for jim to get these on the market since i tested them for jim earlier in the year and late last fall. im excited and looking forward to useing them hopefully tuesday.
these new honeybees will be available at fmb tackle in port henry only. all other orders will be direct to jim and on line. they are silver plated and all have single hooks on them that i really like.
these new honeybees will probably work well for trolling also.
just want to thank jim for his new honey bees and letting fmb tackle carry them locally . the fisherman that come here to fish will have access to them . :DImagepost images

These lures are a great new option; you can troll a little faster without burn out and I think you can flatline with them as they run just under the surface with no weight. I ran a few on 3 trips before the Shootout and they accounted for our biggest fish, a 4.5 and a5.5, in Orange stripe, silver body and also green worked as well.

Can't wait to try them out in the rivers and lakes now that the casting season is here, right after deer hunting I will be giving them a proper work out! C-Hawk they are great trollers, they work exactly as you described.

i casted today with 2 of the new casting bees and they worked great. no hits on them but the action was very good and they stayed down. i mostly use the countdown method and they worked great on all counts. i use trilene big game 12 lb test and i was reaching my distance into a south wind easily. cant wait to see them work trolling. :D
