Turkey Season

Post by WildFisherWoman »

Was an easy winter thats for sure for the forest critters. Saw a bachelor flock of 8 NICE toms the other day. By the amount of ticks I have flicked off myself and the dog the past 10 days or so... not to mention the skeeters I have squashed already.... :o its gonna be awfully hard to sit still this May in the woods. Thinking I may suck it up and buy self a thermacell... :P

Thermacell is a great buy, it really works, the ones with the holsters are the way to go. The recent cold has slowed the skeeters down, but WOW,I could not believe the amount I was seeing.
