One of my best buddy send me those 2 pics from a female moose kill yesterday morning.
They were at the last morning and were not very optimistic because they didn't hear or saw anything the last 5 days.
So, Monday morning Marc decide to walk the mountain (fine hunt) and suddently at about 90 ft. he was looking at the female and she was looking at him. He raise his 30-06 and bang, down she goes. It was 1/2 mile in the mountain so they work very hard and fast because it was so hot they didn't want to loose the precious meat.

Very nice Andre and congrats to your friend. The work really starts once they are on the ground although last year we let the horse do it all. Some fine eating there.
