Rob - great report and pics! Like the details. I've had pretty good luck with the silver prism echip too. A good match for trolling flies. "000" Luhr Jenson is still my favorite small dodger though.

VTbass - I've heard reports of good catches from the Robert Moses State Park area in Massena, just up river from Cornwall. That area will keep you on the US side too. Lots of issues with straying across the line this year.
