Creepy if it was

Great video, was that a go pro or water wolf?
Underwater camera is a Water Wolf and above water a Contour Roam.

I believe that the noise is fish produce during the fight.

New video

New series of salmon videos above and below water. This video did not come out the way I intended, need to position above camera differently. Still a good video, view in full screen mode to get full value. Enjoy.

Re: Cannon Digitrol Jigging video 1/3/17

Gus, I had a DigiTrol IV for years and now use a set of Cannon Mag 20S that can do the same thing. I have found that the cycling or jigging activity can certainly trigger bites sometimes as it mimics a prey that is trying to escape. Also with the change up or down will also change the lure action b...

Re: Cannon Digitrol Jigging video 1/3/17

Ron,
Since you are a digitroll user for many years, using jigging function, have you attributed any hookups to that function? I have used it and can’t say that function has increased hookups.

Re: Underwater salmon videos

Great read Gus! Has there been any documentation of Landlocks feeding at night? Cut bait has been very effective for taking large Kings in the Great Lakes. Cut bait like trolled sewn smelt could be the closest thing we can troll to live bait that takes larger fish more consistently and something cl...

Re: Underwater salmon videos

Underwater Salmon videos comments. As observed in the videos, salmon do not have good eye to mouth coordination, they miss the bait often and need to strike and restrike. Lure action acerbates the poor eye to mouth coordination. The lure does not only move side to side, up and down and every positio...
