I fished Wednesday from Westport to Whallons , and across to Thompsons Point. No fleas at all , and using my normal 15 LB main line.

I fished Wednesday out of Westport , and north to Whallons ,and Converse Bay area. The fleas were pretty bad already. No fish to report , but alot of fleas ! Time to put on the heavy line.

Have any of you made the switch to Lithium Batteries for their trolling motors ? What brand batteries would you recomend. Also , how to you like compared to old style lead batteries ?

Caught this nice steelhead on Wednesday.

We marked this about 15 feet down , coming out of Converse bay ,last Sunday Morning. What do you guys think ?

It was my second time fishing the FB shootout , and first time at the BBQ.

It was good meeting some of you guys , and enjoying some good food.

Good Stuff ! You really know how to do it up. I am envious of you guys still out there. I brought my boat back to CT this past Monday. It is getting a little to cold for only 3 sides enclosed on my boat , and no heater ( yet ) Good fishing , and hope to see you guys in the spring. Happy Holidays, Joe
